Monte possesses more than 30 years of experience within the beverage industry leading product development, production, marketing, selling and growth management of beverages across all categories and channels of trade. Monte has held Sales, Marketing and Commercialization leadership roles with The Coca-Cola Company, Community Coffee and Döhler – a leading global natural ingredients supplier.

While he has worked with some of the world’s most recognized and respected foodservice and CPG brands, his true passion is supporting entrepreneurs and early-stage CPG companies.

In 2022, Monte founded Liquid Sherpas to help founders of beverage brands successfully navigate all of the challenges associated with starting and building their companies. In addition, Monte is a founding member of CPG Coop Advisors, fraction COO for two early-stage CPG companies and is Co-Founder and President of a start-up American whiskey company.

In his spare time, Monte loves mentoring founders of early-stage consumer goods companies. Monte has been a SKU mentor and multiple time mentor team leader since 2022.
