I am an experienced FMCG business leader, who brings a wealth of marketing, strategic expertise and operational leadership to the table. During my tenure at Colgate-Palmolive, I ran operations, acquisition integration, strategy, branding, and new business innovation across diverse product categories. Through my experience, I honed my ability to drive impactful change and deliver tangible results. I have worked with many of Colgate’s iconic brands and love finding ways to bring new customers into the franchise.
My career journey began in Finance at Advent Internal, followed by roles in Corporate M&A at CMGi and Investment Banking at Alantra (Downer & Co.). These experiences have equipped me with a keen understanding of the investment landscape and the nuances of corporate transactions, allowing me to navigate complex business environments with agility and insight.
Throughout my career at Colgate, product innovation has been my passion and differentiator. I have a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on white space opportunities, launching breakthrough products, and forging strategic partnerships to drive mutual growth. My work has been recognized with patents, awards, and most importantly, business results.
As a P&L leader, I have consistently exceeded top-line and margin goals, achieving remarkable net sales growth and spearheading successful brand transformations. My strategic expansion initiatives, both organic and through acquisitions, have led to the development of globally loved products and the establishment of market leadership positions.
My expertise extends to global expansion strategies, where I excel in creating robust go-to-market plans and driving innovation across diverse markets, including the US and LATAM. Additionally, my involvement in connected health solutions underscores my commitment to driving cutting-edge initiatives with tangible commercial impact.
I hold an MBA from NYU and a BA from Boston College, and I am currently serving on the board of Brooklyn Jesuit Prep, a tuition-free middle school for underserved students.
