Kelly’s passion has always been in the food and beverage world. Early in her career she became an entrepreneur, starting and growing businesses in food and food retail, in both Ireland and the US. Prior to moving to Austin in 2015, she worked for 7 years, investing in food, beverage and related technology start-ups, for the largest investor in start-ups in Europe, Enterprise Ireland.

Most recently she was recruited by Whole Foods Market as an Investment Principal, to invest in high-potential food and beverage suppliers and to lead the investments in whole Foods’ LEAP accelerator program company graduates.
