Jana Ritter is a seasoned marketing leader with over 17 years of experience in consumer packaged goods. Known for her collaborative and creative approach, she excels in developing strategic brand positioning and retail implementation strategies that captivate consumers. With a background in the alcohol beverage industry at both E&J Gallo Winery and Sazerac Company, she has successfully launched innovative brands and played a key role in the development of the Sazerac House in New Orleans.

Before starting her own business, she served as the Senior Vice President of The Spice & Tea Exchange, where she fell in love with helping franchise owners build their personal brands within the national brand footprint.

She developed Together We Brand, a consulting agency, to pursue her lifelong passion of helping small business and franchise owners accelerate their businesses and emerging brands by developing meaningful marketing and operations strategies that work for the entire team. Based in the Lake Norman community near Charlotte, she enjoys outdoor activities, coaching tennis and spending time with her family.
