Inga has 15 years of brand management and marketing experience in large and smaller organizations across food, nutritionals, OTC, vision care and beverage alcohol which has given her a deep understanding of a variety of categories, business models and routes to market. She is able to stretch small budgets and creatively drive consumer awareness and conversion to purchase through digital activation.
As brand director of FIFCO USA’s beer portfolio, Inga leads development of programming that delivered share gains three years in a row in highly competitive segments and through deep consumer understanding launched various seasonal and LTO extensions driving incremental purchase and profit. As brand director of the 1-day contact lens portfolio at CooperVision, Inga delivered top & bottom-line growth through targeted demand-generation programs and analytics rigor. During her time at Bayer Consumer Health, she helped develop the global brand strategy for the Claritin brand, championed the development of One A Day Vitamins’ category leadership platform that delivered a seven-point swing in consumption and launched Flintstones Vitamins’ into the social media space.
Inga enjoys teaching marketing strategy in the Rochester Institute of Technology’s EMBA program as a way to share her experience and help students achieve success in their careers. She has also supported MBA students at local universities with their marketing and business case competitions and career planning providing them with perspective, advice, and networking opportunities.
