Diana is a dedicated and accomplished Supply Chain Innovation Manager with extensive experience in project management, R&D, operational efficiency improvements, and packaging sustainability. Her experience extends across food, beauty, and alcohol industries. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Illinois. She is currently at Campari, driving the execution of SKYY and Wild Turkey innovation projects while executing supply chain continuous improvement processes.

At L'Oréal, Diana spearheaded packaging sustainability initiatives, skincare innovation, and rolled out a consumer facing sustainability scoring system. Prior to this, Diana was at Unilever with various positions over 7 years. She was an Associate Procurement Manager, driving $30 million in annual savings, and led sustainability initiatives for brands like Ben & Jerry's and Breyers. Diana also spearheaded supply chain innovation projects for Hellmann's, and spent several years in the laboratory as a food scientist, developing new rice, pasta, and soup products for Knorr.
