My journey began in 2005 when I launched the Pet ‘n Shape brand by selling dog treats from the back of my car. Over the years, I transformed this humble startup operating in my apartment into a nationally recognized brand with millions in sales. Throughout my tenure, I established comprehensive operational infrastructures, built a high-performing team of up to 15 employees, managed the international supply chain, and developed omni-channel sales networks encompassing both brick-and-mortar and online platforms such as Amazon. This experience enabled me to build a deep understanding of the complexities involved in scaling and exiting a business, which I am eager to share with aspiring entrepreneurs.
