Ty is the founder of Impactful Curiority, an innovation and branding consulting firm focused on helping brands, big and small, to understand their consumers, find their voice and bring to market innovation that will help deliver growth. He brings 20 years of classical CPG innovation and marketing experience working primarily at Colgate-Palmolive brands such as Colgate, Tom’s of Maine, Softsoap and Irish Spring.

Ty is passionate about understanding people and what makes them act as consumers. This passion has taken him into homes across the country and around the world. His 3 year assignment in Asia took him from rural villages in Myanmar to highrises in Shanghai. While in US based innovation roles he went from fraternity houses in Ann Arbor to retirement homes in Pittsburgh and everything in between. All in the service of the question: “Why?”
