As Founder of innovation consultancy, How Might We Design, Tracy DeLuca’s award-winning work is driven by a passion for reimagining patient, provider, and caregiver experiences globally. A seasoned strategist and innovator, Tracy has created large-scale new business offerings and led organizational transformation in healthcare and beyond, guiding initiatives from strategy and visioning to design and implementation.

Recent highlights include teaching Stanford University d.school’s first-ever class on Psychedelic Medicine and Design, and co-leading the launch of a clinically integrated behavior-change program in Singapore for people living with Type 2 diabetes. Previously, as Design Lead for Sutter Health—one of the largest non-profit healthcare systems in the U.S., serving over 3.5 million patients—Tracy helped establish Sutter’s first Design & Innovation team. She also led the development of a multi-million dollar, system-wide Primary Care of the Future model, delivering measurable impact and transforming care delivery at scale.

Earlier in her career, Tracy spent seven years at global design firm IDEO, where she honed her expertise in design thinking, storytelling, and product development for leading CPG brands including Del Monte, Proactiv, ConAgra, AB InBev, and Gillette.
