I grew up in the Midwest and earned a chemical engineering degree from the University of Nebraska. My career began with a decade in manufacturing—starting at Cargill producing cornstarch, then moving to Unilever where I worked on Dove Bar Soap and Hellmann’s Mayonnaise. Approximately five years ago, after completing my MBA at the University of North Carolina, I transitioned into a role doing the long-term sourcing strategy for brands like Dove, Vaseline, Shea Moisture, and Suave. Two years ago, I took on the role of leading the end-to-end supply chain for Unilever International across both North and South America.

My expertise is in building processes, capabilities, systems, factories, and more. My passion is in helping people grow while fulfilling their dreams. I come from a multi-cultural family and I keep finding my way back to working in teams that are diverse, inclusive and good people. I live in Chicago with my wife and two young boys, where I enjoy a huge variety of food and lots of sports, specifically ultimate frisbee.
