Throughout his career, Ferguson has demonstrated exceptional leadership, progressing from sales representative to Vice President of Sales and ultimately Chief Operating Officer. His strategic acumen was particularly evident in 2016 when he successfully led the due diligence process for his company's acquisition. Currently, Ferguson owns and operates Unishippers, UPS's largest business partner exclusively serving the small and medium-sized business sector.

Beyond his role at Unishippers, Ferguson maintains an active presence in the investment community as a Limited Partner with an Austin-based venture capital firm and as an angel investor, supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs.
