He was head of Transformation for The Hershey Co., designing and delivering enterprise level changes in strategy, technology, and process to enable profitable, scalable, and sustainable transformation in support of an industry leading position for years to come. He currently runs The Wright Advisors, a fractional and contract CXO responsibilities as companies in start-up and scale-up mode.
