She has spent a majority of her career in the human resources space within CPG. Early on in my career I worked at Force Brands, which sparked my passion for up and coming food and beverage companies. It was there I learned the importance of building the right team for your company and how culture can help drive success of an organization. That role eventually led to leading Human Resources at Dyla Brands, makers of Stur Hydration, Forto Coffee and Happy Viking. After an amazing nearly 6 years building Dyla Brands, I joined Halfday Iced Tea as the first human resources hire. As the Director of People and Culture at Halfday, she had the joy working closely with our Founders and Senior Leadership Team on building a best in class organization.
