Candice St. Pierre, Ph.D. is an accomplished sales leader with a passion for leadership identity development and advancing women’s careers. Candice completed her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in August of 2021. Her research focused on women’s leadership identity development.

Candice started her career with a grocery retailer, BI-LO (Greenville, SC). While at BI-LO, she discovered a passion for natural health, using products, foods, or ingredients to improve well-being. She currently serves as the Vice-President of Sales, Nutrition for Nirvana Water Science Corp., a startup based in Forestport, NY. She has also worked with several other great brands – Atkins, Skinnygirl, Performix, AbCuts, Twinlab, Reserveage, Alvita Tea and Metabolife.

In addition to the Ph.D., Candice holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Valparaiso University and an International Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina/Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien. Candice serves as a volunteer and Board Member for NextUp Atlanta, a non-profit dedicated to advancing women in the workplace. Candice is a champion for women’s leadership and encourages everyone to step into their strengths.
