Over his tenure, the company evolved from a small mom-and-pop cabinet shop into a sophisticated manufacturing facility, ultimately completing a successful private equity exit. A member of Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), Ben brings hands-on experience in supply chain, team building, and the day-to-day realities of scaling a manufacturing business while preserving a strong, values-driven culture.
