Paula worked in consumer insights for 25+ years, starting at Quaker Oats and then at Kraft Foods for 13 years. She has considerable qualitative and quantitative consumer research experience on new & established products in food and beverages. After 13 years (1985-1998) in client research, Paula was VP-Ryan Research & Marketing Insights, strategic research arm at Ryan Partnership. From 1998-2005, Paula conducted focus groups, one-on-ones, & other consumer research for numerous CPG clients. Paula held the role of ‘Research Lady’ as a part-time research consultant for Newman’s Own. Inc. from 1999-2012. Paula is proud to have had a vital role in the successful launch of Newman’s Own Frozen Pizza.
