Matthew Tarallo is Principle of the AETHER Brand Group and RFT Ventures, which focus on creating, managing operational aspects, and investing in emerging consumer brands in the Cannabis, Alcohol and Non-Alcoholic space.
Most recently, Matthew led the Beyond Nicotine division at Reynolds American, a newly created division to transform the Company into the Wellbeing & Stimulation and Cannabis categories. Matthew developed the ambition, vision, and built capabilities for the operating division to successfully enable this transformation division both through venturing and in-house brand creation.
Prior to Reynolds, Matthew led the Global Amazon Business Unit with The Coca-Cola Company, including their Retail (including Whole Foods), e-commerce and Media groups.
Matthew is an accomplished digital commerce and consumer products veteran with deep experience and success leading global brands and teams across both developed and emerging markets, which includes direct P&L ownership inclusive of media activation and measurement.
Matthew has been on the forefront of building functional teams and structures to create and launch new brands and Route-to-Markets for accelerating growth and share leadership - all while enabling learnings and framework for future capabilities
